This national FMCG food manufacturer has become a market leader in its field and is now poised for

measured growth partnering with the major supermarkets and retailers.

The company has a reputation for product innovation, quality, customer experience and environmental

sustainability. Having annual revenues circa $150m per annum, the company is seeking a hands-on

CFO to partner the CEO based in Melbourne head office (city fringe)

Reporting to a CEO with extensive experience in FMCG, retail or supply chain and logistics, you will

have exposure to an independent board of directors, be part of an energetic ELT, be charged with

leading a small finance team, and have the overall financial stewardship of the company.


The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, innovative, energetic and a team-orientated person. You

will lead commercial negotiations with external stakeholders, have visibility with the Board and be well

versed in budgeting, cashflow management, compliance, governance and risk management, in addition

to strategic and day to day process implementation.


To be successful you will bring a demonstrable track record as a proven CFO who understands

business process improvement and who has successfully run the finance function of a FMCG business.

You will possess excellent communication, report writing, influencing and negotiation skills and be

CA/CPA qualified, inquisitive, a team player and have strong business acumen along with highly

developed analytical and modelling skills. This is a career opportunity to support not just the
