Covata Appoint CEO and NED

We are thrilled to have partnered the Board of ASX listed cyber security global leader Covata (CVT) to appoint their CEO & MD Ted Pretty. Ted is a highly respected senior executive in corporate Australia having previously been MD & CEO of Hills Limited and Group Managing Director Telstra Limited. In addition, we appointed to the CVT Board, Lindsay Tanner who is Chairman of Essendon Football Club, a senior advisor at Lazard and ex-Federal politician. Shares are up 23.7% on the announcements yesterday. We wish Ted and Lindsay all the best in their new roles.
