Jason is Managing Director and founder of Foley Durham. He has over 20 year's experience acting as the trusted advisor to many CEOs and Boards across ASX listed, Private Equity and SME's in Australasia.  Business-centric and people focused, Jason has ambitions of growing a leading executive search and board advisory firm that offers global reach across Australasia. As a business leader, Jason networks with many business leaders who are deemed 'captains of industry' offering discrete, honest and timely counsel on a range of complex business topics. 

Jason brings hands on experience when advising Chairman of Boards on board composition and in identifying exceptional Board talent given he is also an independent Non-Executive Director of ASX listed mining company Lincoln Minerals Ltd (ASX:LML).

Jason was educated at The Geelong College, completed a Bachelor of Commerce, has a Graduate Diploma in Marketing and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. After graduating from University, Jason spent three years working in Investment Banking in London and he has subsequently built a solid reputation in executive search within Australia.

 
He is an avid cyclist, a passionate football supporter, an MCC member and member of The Athenaeum Club, The Royal Melbourne Golf Club and Anglesea SLSC.
